San Diego-based clinical stage biotechnology company Rapport Therapeutics raised a $100 million Series A funding round from Third Rock Ventures, ARCH Venture Partners and Johnson & Johnson Innovation.
LENZ Therapeutics, a San Diego-based biopharmaceuticals company, raised $83.5 million in a Series B financing round led by Sectoral Asset Management.
The Believer Company, a West Hollywood game studio, raised $55 million in Series A financing led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.
Per an SEC filing, San Diego-based online automotive marketplace Cars & Bids raised $55 million in funding.
Fly By Jing, a Los Angeles-based spicy sauce startup raised $12 million in Series B funding from Prelude Growth Partners and Pendulum.
Evofem Biosciences, a San Diego-based biotechnology company that provides woman-controlled protection from sexually transmitted infections, raised $1.3 million in funding, per an SEC filing.
