Per an SEC filing, Cooler Heads, a San Diego-based developer of a cold caps system designed to help cancer patients in maintaining their identity, raised $8 million in funding.
Foresee Medical, a San Diego-based healthcare data management platform raised $3.9 million in funding, per an SEC filing.
RE Grocery, a Los Angeles-based operator of a package-free grocery store raised $2.1 million in funding, per an SEC filing.
San Diego-based biotechnology company OncoSec raised $2 million in a registered direct offering.
