Cybersecurity awareness training provider NINJIO appointed Tim Acker as chief revenue officer and Durant Harvin as its vice president of sales. Acker previously served at T-Mobile, Cisco, TD SYNNEX, and Ingram Micro, while Harvin served as the VP of sales at KnowBe4.
Biotechnology company Ocelot Bio hired Lise Kjems as chief medical officer. Kjems holds more than 20 years of experience in R&D across a breadth of therapeutic categories and was the CMO at Cyclo Therapeutics.
Semtech, a high-performance semiconductor, IoT systems and Cloud connectivity service provider welcomed Gregory M. Fischer and Paul V. Walsh, Jr. as new board members. Fischer most recently served as senior vice president and general manager at Broadcom, while Walsh served as CFO, senior vice president, and treasurer at Allegro MicroSystems.
