Cornerstone OnDemand's CEO Steps Down

"I knew we had first made it when I started to hear engineers who were at L.A. colleges start talking about staying in L.A."

Santa Monica's Cornerstone has grown from an idea to a $2 billion HR behemoth in the past 20 years. In that time, they've watched and helped L.A.'s startup and tech community grow. Senior finance reporter Ben Bergman looks back with their founder and incoming CEO.

Last week we met one L.A. childcare startup that's been working with daycare centers and parents. Today, Tami Abdollah introduces us to another model — a co-op born out of one tech worker's need for parental mutual aid.

Tami's also going to be hosting our next strategy session on cybersecurity, with industry leaders Wendi Whitmore of IBM X-Force Threat Intelligence and Joshua Belk, co-founder of OPSEC360.

Time's running out to sign up for tomorrow's dot.LA Convenes event looking at ageism in the tech industry. Join us!
