Fred Turner is the young founder of Curative Inc. who took a last-minute flight to L.A. to establish a COVID-19 lab in San Dimas capable of mass producing test kits for Southern California. He's planning on ramping up his lab — now capable of producing 20,000 test kits a day — to one million, to help re-open U.S. cities. Reporter Rachel Uranga spoke with him on his next steps.
